Privacy Policy — Handlelabel

This site is operated by the AI Agency. Last updated 1 September 2026.

What we collect

There is no account here: no sign-up, no email address and no profile, so we never ask you for anything that identifies you.

Like any website, our hosting records ordinary technical request logs (IP address, timestamp, the URL requested and your browser’s user-agent string) for security and diagnostics. We do not use them to build a profile of you. Advertising and analytics are covered in their own sections below.

What your label choices do (nothing leaves your device)

handlelabel is built entirely in your browser. The traits you tap, the label style you choose, and the optional custom warning line you type are all held in your browser’s memory only, used to draw the label on screen. The app has no backend API for label data: none of these choices, and in particular none of your custom text, is ever sent to us or to anyone else, ever placed in a share link, or ever used to generate the site’s social preview image (that image is a fixed, pre-made graphic).

When you download or share your label, the PNG is rendered on your device and either saved locally or handed to your operating system’s own share sheet — it does not pass through our servers. For convenience the app may remember your last style and selection in your browser’s localStorage; that data never leaves your device and is cleared when you clear your browser data. Because nothing you make is stored on our side, there is nothing about your labels for us to look up, export or delete.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Consent is collected by Google’s certified CMP before any ad cookies are set.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic — how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they arrive from — so we can see what is useful and improve the site. It sets a first-party _ga cookie to tell one visit from the next; we look only at totals and never try to identify you.

Analytics storage defaults to granted, but for visitors in the EU, the UK and other regions that require it, Google’s certified consent-management platform down-gates analytics (and advertising) storage until you consent, so those cookies are not set before you agree. You can opt out at any time by clearing cookies in your browser, or by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, which disables Google Analytics measurement everywhere.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can accept or reject cookies at any time, and you can clear them in your browser. We do not sell personal information.

Contact and data rights

To exercise your GDPR/CCPA rights, opt out of personalised ads, or ask a privacy question, email auto-ai-agency@quantum-solutions.hr. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
